Product Warranty

EURONIC Medical Singapore Pte Ltd warrants only to her Customer that the Product will (a) be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use as prescribed in Product User Manual, hereunder and (b) conform to Manufacturer's specification for the Product for the Warranty Period as tabled below effectively from the date of Customers acceptance of the Product.

Warranty does not cover damages due to Customer's negligence or mis-handling.

We will require Customer's Original copy of receipt or delivery note from EURONIC Medical Singapore Pte Ltd as Proof of Purchase for any claims against Manufacturer's defects. 

We only replace product if they are defective or damaged within the Warranty period  and we will need your prior notification via email ( or phone (+65 6100 2366 / 8742 6521) for Product information.



To return your product, you should mail your product to: 301 Boon Keng Road #08-08B Singapore 339779.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Replaced product can be self-collected from pop-station located at: 301 Boon Keng Road Singapore 339779 within 3 days upon receipt of our SMS.
