This Policy only applies to product with size variant and exchange is allowed for the same product model. It is valid for 3 days upon receipt of product and no exchange will be given after this 3 days grace period.
For any exchange, product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging as received.
We will require Customer's Original copy of receipt or delivery note from EURONIC Medical Singapore Pte Ltd as Proof of Purchase.
Customer has to inform us prior to size exchange either via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (+65 6100 2366 / 8742 6521).
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 301 Boon Keng Road #08-08B Singapore 339779.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
Exchanged product can be self-collected from pop-station located at: 301 Boon Keng Road Singapore 339779, within 3 days upon receipt of SMS from us.
If you want us to ship the product to you, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost incurred.
